WearWell Garments employs over 100 people in various positions including sewing, office support staff, management and shipping.
Stirling MacLean – President
Stirling has been an owner of WearWell Garments Limited since 1978 and is currently President of the Company. Stirling has worked as a sales representative covering the Maritime Provinces for many years. He then developed customers in the central Canadian market. Stirling is a community based person volunteering time on many fund raising efforts including various school, sport, health, and political initiatives.
Rick Feehan – Vice President Finance
Rick has been employed with WearWell Garments since 1998. He is a member of The Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia. Rick came to WearWell from a publicly traded company in 2000 where he was corporate controller for a company with 41 branches across Canada and $70 million in sales.
Shawn Brown – Vice President Business Developemnt
Shawn has been employed with WearWell Garments since 1996. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and has been actively involved in the Industrial & Image Uniform industry for over 20 years. Shawn is in charge of overseeing all aspects of Strategic Sales functions with particular emphasis on development of new markets and products. Shawn works directly with WearWells Sales Team to facilitate meeting our goals and objectives.
Susan MacDougall – Plant Manager
Susan has been employed with WearWell Garments since October 1994. Her educational background is in Computer Programming and she has a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Dalhousie University. As Production Manager, Susan is responsible for all manufacturing operations on the production floor.
Mervin Gaffney - Designer
Merv has been employed with WearWell Garments since October 2006. He has a Diploma in Fashion Design from Ryerson Polytechnic Institute in Toronto. He comes to us with 30 plus years of experience with a variety of garment manufacturers. His main responsibility is pattern making, pattern grading. Patterns must meet three main criteria – fit, styling and efficient production.
Cynthia Outred – Sales Director
Cynthia has been employed with WearWell Garments since the summer of 2004. She has a degree in Industrial Psychology and diverse business background. Cynthia works closely with both the sales department and production. Her main role is to facilitate communication with customers to ensure accurate exchange of information.
Andrew Cronkite – Atlantic Canada Account Manager
Andrew has been employed with WearWell Garments since 2002. He has a Bachelor Of Business Administration degree from Mount Saint Vincent University with over 20 years direct sales experience. Andrew is the Atlantic Canadian Account Manager for WearWell working with current customers and developing new ones.
Jonathan MacLeod - Account Development Manager
Jonathan has been with WearWell Garments since 2008. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Dalhousie University. Jonathan is based in Toronto and serves our customers throughout Ontario and Western Canada. He will be happy to meet with you and figure out a lasting solution for your company’s uniform and corporate clothing program.
Stephanie Lamoureux - Regional Account Manager
Stephanie has been a part of the WWG team since June 2010, and has been involved in the image wear field for over 20 years. She attended Concordia University, after completing Cegep in Montreal. Stephanie is bilingual and works in both French & English serving our customers in Eastern Ontario and Quebec.
Julie Shaw - Regional Account Manager
Julie started with WWG in May of 2017. She brings over 25 years of sales and account management experience having worked in both the consumer packaged goods industry and advertising. She also graduated from NSCC with a diploma in Sales and Marketing. Originally from NS she now resides in Alberta.
Taunya Doucette- Customer Service and Sales Support
Taunya has been employed with WearWell Garments since 2005. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from ST. F.X. She has a long history working in customer service and was brought on board to work directly with some of our largest clients. Taunya works closely with sales staff and production to meet the needs of customers on a day to day basis.
Jeanette Mombourquette – Customer Service
Jeanette has been employed with Wear Well Garments Ltd. since 1982. For most of those years she has worked as a Customer Service Representative. Jeanette works closely with the sales staff, production staff and distribution staff to coordinate departments and meet the needs of customers on a day to day basis.
